Pamela is an experienced program development professional with nineteen years of experience as a state government professional, twelve years of experience as a program manager, five years of experience as a mental health director, and more. She has worked with the STEM program, the bridge program for continuing college education, and still serves as a mental health professional in education and working with youths. Her vast experience as a career counselor, cognitive behavioral therapist, corporate trainer, management consultant, and program development professional brings a unique perspective to audiences. Pamela is passionate about family, faith, and quality of life. She loves fashion and spending time with loved ones. She brings the experience and understanding that is vital in her efforts to help others in grasping that, without a healthy work-life balance, we are hindered from being better in all settings, from the workplace to our households.
