Ms Brown lives in one of the most fast-paced and arguably stressful cities in the United States. Yet, she is a person who smiles often and understands there is great worth in having a good quality of life. She is passionate about helping individuals and organizations maximize their potential by providing personal and individualized wellness programs that address the unique needs of the workforce. Her goal is to empower individuals and companies to implement effective wellness and mindfulness programs in order to increase overall productivity.

She administers consultations for managers and supervisors who need support improving relationships with staff. She brings onsite EAP consulting to help employers and employees increase productivity and address wellness concerns. Her life and wellness coaching is often catered for individuals and families as well. Her faith-based coaching is for individuals who desire to incorporate Christian principles into their sessions.
