Nichola Brown is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington, DC and is the Founder and President of Keilah Restoration Ministries, LLC, a faith-based EAP company. She provided individual counseling, management consultations, workshops and training for federal government employees. She also has extensive experience in the private, non-profit and faith-based sectors. She brings onsite EAP consulting to help employers and employees increase productivity and address wellness concerns. Her life and wellness coaching is often catered for individuals and families as well. Her faith-based coaching is for individuals who desire to incorporate Christian principles into their sessions.
