Dee is a Chef and culinary educator who has appeared as a regular guest chef on Lifetime Television’s “The Balancing Act” and previously on NBC’s South Florida Today Show. Known for her delicious international dishes and inspired presentations, Dee brings a spirit of culinary adventure to the food scene. Whether it’s spicy dishes from her adventures in India or unique wine pairings from her travels to Oregon Wine Country, we continue to experience the world through Dee, one bite at a time! Her passion for teaching and endearing personality continues to fuel her rising popularity. Dee has taught “Culinary Fundamentals” classes in Fort Lauderdale and has hosted cooking demonstrations at Williams-Sonoma, Macy’s, and ABC Fine Wine. Her promotional credits include Mariani Packing Company, George Foreman Grills, Farberware, Chicken of the Sea, Nutrioli’s Soybean Oil, Bien Padre’s Green Tea Oil, and Glory Foods’ Sensibly Seasoned line.
Because of her commitment to her craft and desire to help others, Dee volunteers in the role of an A.C.E. (Approved Certification Evaluator) through the American Culinary Federation. In that role, she supports chef collegues that pursue various levels of certification. Dee has also taught as an Adjunct Culinary Arts Instructor at Miami Culinary Institute (Miami Dade College’s Wolfson Campus). Her experiences have also caused her to be strong in the areas of management, leadership and mentoring. Here are a few of her accomplishments.
