Jerry Condra currently serves as Technical Delivery Manager at Microsoft. Prior to that, he served as Senior Technical Account Manager at Microsoft. Jerry is a seasoned veteran with more than 20 years of experience supporting customers with their technical and software services, as well as leading teams. He also served as a technical consultant for Hewlett-Packard. Jerry is also passionate of working as a trusted business & technical advisor, a business development expert as well as helping develop other professionals in their careers and aspirations.
In his current role, Jerry serves as a trusted business advisor to Microsoft Premier Support customers within the DOD space, managing a portfolio exceeding $1.5 million in IT services across various customer accounts/contracts. He performs rapid assessment of customer landscapes and provides proactive product solutions aligning to each client’s specific information technology goals and priorities through effective Service Delivery Plans. Jerry and his team enable customers with the ability to execute and sustain their complex organizational goals, such as digital transformation.
Jerry is a seasoned professional at leveraging strong relationship management skills in order to create strategic alliances with the right clients, resulting in the ability to influence decision-makers, and ensuring win-win business outcomes. He is able to speak on multiple topics including but not limited to finding and building trusted relationships, improving and developing strong relationships with C-level executives and improving technical delivery resources. He is experienced with collaborating with Microsoft internal (CTS, PFE, DSE) subject matter experts, as well as internal stakeholders.
